From the early messaging back and forth, all the way up to the day of my wedding, Tami was a dream to work with. She’s so sweet, helpful and accommodating… she just really made the whole process as easy as possible. Then, on the day of my bridal makeup trial, she proved her skills and talent! Not only did she make me feel more beautiful and “myself” than I had in years… possibly ever; she was willing to try different colors and tweak different aspects until it was just right. One thing I was most concerned about are the acne scars on my cheeks, and I let her know this and that I’d like to conceal them as much as possible but also explained that I didn’t want the foundation to look cake-y. And I don’t know what kind of sorcery she did but my skin looked fantastic, and that confidence honestly was everything I could’ve hoped for as a bride. Lastly, one other thing that was a really cool bonus when working with Tami is that she taught me something about my specific skintone & undertone that has frustrated me my whole life and has ultimately changed the way I do my makeup with huge benefits, and for that I’m eternally grateful. So, should you hire Tami Bernard as your makeup artist for your wedding (or any other big event)? Yes! You won’t find anyone sweeter, more knowledgeable or more skilled.. that I’m certain of.”

Tami is not only an amazing makeup artist, she is an amazing person. The calming demeanor and consistent energy helped my nerves on my wedding day.

The day before my wedding she color matched not only my bridesmaids and I, but also my mother in law, my mother, my grandmother, three aunts, and two cousins. While she was color matching she made lipstick that complimented each woman individually, from scratch!!! Not only was it fun, this made the wedding day go very smoothly.

The day of the wedding was jam-packed, but with the color-coded schedule that Tami created by getting in touch with the two ladies that were doing hair, it made the day go smooth without a question of where anyone should be at any given time.

We had a total of 16 people get their makeup done by Tami and her assistant (lashes and all) and we were all out the door for pictures by 2:45pm (wedding was at 6:00pm).

Everyone looks stunning… I can’t even begin to explain how beautiful each and every person was for the event. If you or a friend is on the fence about who to hire, don’t hesitate to choose Tami. She will blow you away.
